DrpShippr — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the DrpShippr Shopify application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

DrpShippr is a dropshipping management platform that allows Shopify store owners ("Dropshippers") to connect their stores, receive orders, and route them to suppliers for fulfilment. The App syncs orders from Shopify, manages shipping, and handles remittance payouts.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account on the DrpShippr platform to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • One Shopify store can be connected to one DrpShippr account at a time.

4. Shopify API Usage

The App accesses your Shopify store data (orders, products, customers) through Shopify's official API. By installing the App you grant DrpShippr the permissions listed during the OAuth installation flow. You may revoke these permissions at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Current pricing and fee structures are communicated during onboarding and may be updated with 30 days notice.
  • RTO (Return to Origin) fees are deducted from your remittance as per the fee schedule agreed at signup.
  • Payouts are processed on a D+6 cycle, paid every Monday.
  • DrpShippr is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway processing times.

6. Order Fulfilment

  • DrpShippr will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the agreed SLA.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the shipping provider and are not guaranteed.
  • DrpShippr is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
  • Cancelled or RTO orders are subject to the applicable fee policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products.
  • Misrepresent products or deceive customers.
  • Circumvent or abuse the platform's fee or payout systems.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology powering DrpShippr is owned by DrpShippr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DrpShippr does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrpShippr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits, lost orders, or data loss.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the App and contacting support. DrpShippr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
